Over the last couple of years, ������Ƶ has become increasingly involved in supporting the communities around its offices to improve the daily lives of those it has served. For example, in the Summer of 2017, ������Ƶ Expertise in Columbia and Cincinnati partnered with “Prepare for Success” in its Backpack Drive Program. This Backpack Drive Program collected much-needed school supplies for local students returning to school ages pre-school through high school. 
School supplies are expensive, and having school supplies is the critical first step to helping a student feel at ease. This creates an environment where the students can achieve higher literacy levels, improve academic performance, and graduate. 

In 2018, ������Ƶ Expertise in Columbia, Maryland partnered with Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center (“Grassroots”) for our Give Back supply drive. Grassroots is a multi-service crisis intervention center providing 24-hour crisis intervention services, emergency and transitional shelter, and community education since 1969. Grassroots services include a 24-hour crisis hotline and chat program, a walk-in counseling program, support groups, shelter program, and runaway program. 
Thanks to this program, ������Ƶ Expertise Columbia collected and donated personal care items, cleaning supplies, pantry items, gas gift cards, household items, and employment-related items needed by the shelter. ������Ƶ Expertise Columbia invited all ������Ƶ offices to partner with similar programs local to their offices to Give Back to their local communities. 

In 2017 and 2018, ������Ƶ contributed to Tots for Tots, a national campaign that started in 1947 to help children in need. To date, the program has distributed 566 million toys and supported 258 million children. ������Ƶ Expertise in Manassas, Timonium, and Columbia has partnered with Toys for Tots each holiday Season to provide new toys to local children in need. They have also invited other ������Ƶ offices, including Federated ������Ƶ, Jade ������Ƶ, and Businesswise ������Ƶ, to partner with a Toy for Tots or similar toy drive program local to their office.
